Prices listed do not include a $20.00 processing fee, a 3.5% Sea Ranch Association Fee,
and a 11% Sonoma County Occupancy tax.

A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve a home. This is a reservation cleaning and
damage deposit and is charged in addition to the rental rate and returned by mail after
an inspection of the home by our office following your departure. All homes are non smoking.
